  • Austria’s Federal Administrative Court issued a decision on the right to access restriction. 
  • UK’s ICO issued a provisional decision to fine OneAdvanced 6.09 EUR over data security failures. 
  • Turkey’s KVKK issued an information note regarding conditions for personal data processing as explicitly provided by law. 
  • Saxony’s SächsDSB released guidelines for municipalities and administrations on the provision of information under Article 15 of the GDPR.  
        • AG secured USD 195,000 settlement with Titan Gas, LLC regarding telemarketing calls.
        •  California’s CPPA voted to support the bill on publicly available data.  
        • Parent’s Accountability and Child Protection Act was read for a second time and amended in the Senate. 
        • The Governor of Illinois signed the Bill amending BIPA. 
            • New Zealand’s Officer of Privacy Commissioner published feedback from consultation on privacy rules for biometrics.
            • South Korea’s PIPC and the Ministry of Science discussed the use of personal information in autonomous vehicles.    
            • PDPC fined Keppel Telecoms and Transportation SGD 120,000 for data security failures.
