Format
Present a clear, standalone and informed notice describing:
- The itemised description of personal data being processed
- The specific purpose(s) of processing, with description of the goods or services for which it is processed
Accessibility
- Provide links (website or app) for consent withdrawal, exercise of user rights, and for making a complaint to the Board.
- Support languages listed in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution as required.
When to provide?
- Before obtaining consent
- At the time of collecting personal data
- Whenever there is a change in the purpose or terms of processing
